(Fort Collins, Colorado) The identity of the deceased victim of the Fort Collins Vehicle crash that struck pedestrians during a annual celebration on August 29th, has been released to the public.
Larimer County Coroner identified the victim as Joshua Robert Douglas, 33, from Denver. The cause of death was from multiple blunt force injuries following the vehicle crash. His cause of death was ruled as an accident.
According to the preliminary investigation, the truck driver reversed their vehicle along Mountain Avenue. He then hit another vehicle. The vehicle then hit a tree before coming to a complete stop. Eight people were tragically injured with six sent to the hospital.
