(Panorama City, CA) A 19-year-old pedestrian was critically injured Tuesday night, December 9, in a Van Nuys Boulevard crash after being struck in a marked crosswalk, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The collision occurred around 7:55 p.m. at Van Nuys Boulevard and Tupper Street. Police say the young man crossed inside the crosswalk when a white Toyota sedan struck him.
