(Phoenix, Arizona) On September 2nd, three hospitalized and one juvenile individual suffered life-threatening injuries from a three vehicle crash in 51st Avenue and Bell Road. (Fort Collins, Colorado) The identity of the deceased victim of the Fort Collins Vehicle crash that struck pedestrians during a annual celebration on August 29th, has been released to the public.  Larimer County Coroner identified the victim as Joshua Robert Douglas, 33, from Denver. The cause of death was from multiple blunt force injuries following the vehicle crash. His cause of death was ruled as an accident.  According to the preliminary investigation, the truck driver reversed their vehicle along Mountain Avenue. He then hit another vehicle. (Escondido, California) A 65-year-old man was struck by a hit-and-run vehicle at Escondido Boulevard and West El Norte Parkway.  Before 10:30 p.m., an officer received a 911 call for a 65-year-old who was gravely injured on Saturday. The pedestrian was transported to Palomar Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.  According to investigators, the man was hit by a vehicle who left the scene following the pedestrian’s injuries.  The male identity has not been released to the public. (Colorado Springs, Colorado) A Toyota Sedan Strikes a Chevy Sedan causing two fatal deaths in Marksheffel Road, just south of East Gate Street. Colorado Springs Police Department received reports in regards to a two vehicle crash on Monday at around 1:45 a.m. Both officers and medical personnel reported to the scene.  When officials arrived at the scene, they found two sedans involved in the crash.  According to preliminary investigations, the Toyota vehicle was traveling on Marksheffel road when it failed to follow the curve leading the vehicle to go on the northbound lane. (Clatsop County, Oregon) 77 year-old man, Henry Herbert Greenwood, hits two vehicles in Clatsop County leading to several injuries. According to Oregon State Police, the gray Honda driven by Greenwood crossed the westbound lanes and then hit a Tesla Model S vehicle on its side. The Tesla vehicle was driven by Tomislave Lakovic, 56, from Portland.  Police stated that the Honda driver collided head onto a black Toyota Tacoma vehicle traveling northbound. (Norwalk, California) One driver rear-ended a vehicle leading to a multi-vehicle collision with one driver ejected out of their vehicle today on Rosecrans Avenue.  According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Tracy Koerner, at around 12:52 a.m. two vehicles were traveling eastbound on Rosecrans avenue when suddenly a vehicle rear-ended one of the two vehicles. This led two of those vehicles to roll-over many times.  The collision increased the number of vehicles involving 11 parked vehicles and five moving vehicles near Rosecrans and Longworth Avenues. (Compton, California) A pedestrian was fatally injured in a hit-and-run crash today, in Compton. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, the collision was reported on Alameda Street, near Pine Street. It was close to the border of unincorporated Willowbrook. A watch Sergeant from Compton Sheriff’s Department, confirmed that the pedestrian died on scene. The description of the pedestrian could not be provided. (Glendale, Arizona) One deceased and five injured in a vehicle crash on SR-101 near Cardinale Way on August 30th. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, a gray sport utility vehicle rear ended another vehicle causing a chain reaction.  One of the vehicles fled the scene.  Because of the collision, one person was injured and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Five others were sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.       The deceased individual is  28-year-old Crystal Armenta Moreno. (East Las Vegas, Nevada) On Tuesday, a pedestrian sustained critical injuries after a vehicle struck him in the east valley of East Mountridge.  A truck with a landscape trailer attached was parked to the curb. A 62-year-old man was simply taking out equipment out of the vehicles when a Ford Transit van struck the truck him.  Another individual sustained minor injuries while grabbing equipment inside the trailer. The van driver stayed on scene and did not show any signs of impairment. The van driver also cooperated with investigators. (Wash. Highway, Washington) On August 30th, a two vehicle crash occurred due to an improper lane usage that killed five people on Washington Highway.  According to Washington State Patrol, the collision occurred at 9:40 p.m. when a 2014 Nissan Maxima was going westbound when it hit a Chevrolet Sonic after crossing the eastbound lanes on Highway 2.  Four people in the Nissan Maxima died.
