(Colorado Springs, Colorado) On September 15th, early Morning, a rollover crash injured five people, involving three children near Duplin and Poudre Way.
According to CSPD, officers responded to the two vehicle crash and confirmed that three children were in one vehicle that rolled over from ages of 12-16 years-old with an adult and the second vehicle only involving one adult. CSPD said that the occupants in the rolled over vehicle had to crawl out of the vehicle.
All five people were taken to a hospital and are currently in non-life threatening injuries.
Legal Analysis on the Colorado Springs Crash

In this case investigators may review (CRS) 42-4-1101 which prohibits driving over the maximum speed of 75 mph and driving 1- 24 mph over the reasonable speed limit. If the driver disobeys traffic control devices causing their vehicle to roll-over, then they have violated (CRS)42-4-603 (5) and face class A infraction.
