Perspective on Menifee intersection

Investigators may review both the Speed Laws and the Public Offenses law to determine if the driver that caused the collision violated the rules. This can also help identify what specific charges he may be charged for.

Because the victim could not take action, this means the BMW driver may have gone too fast before colliding his vehicle onto a KIA driver. Therefore, investigators may take a look at the Speed Laws code, 22350. This code states that no person should increase their speed more than reasonable or prudent giving due to weather, visibility, traffic on, the surface and width of the highway, and can not speed that can endanger others or property.

If investigators find out that impairment played a factor they may review California code, VEH 23152 (a). This part states that it is unlawful to be under the influence of any alcoholic beverages. Normally when someone is under the influence of alcohol, speed can play a big part in the impairment that they are experiencing.

Drugs can also be another impairment the driver may have been on that resulted in William to die. (F) states that it is unlawful to be under the influence of any drugs. Any drug can cause impairments. Even medications can cause impairments that might harm yourself and others while driving.
