(Tucson, Arizona) A seven vehicle crash occurred at Valencia Road and Settler Avenue at approximately 7:45 a.m. on September 22nd.
Four people were transported to a hospital and are in non life-threatening conditions. Pima County’s Sheriff’s Department states that the eastbound lane in Valencia Road is currently closed.

If the driver had 0.08% or more of BAC within two hours of driving is considered Driving Under the Influence and has committed a class 1 misdemeanor. If the driver did commit a class 1 misdemeanor, then under (ARS)13-802, they may be fined at least $2,000.
