(Clatsop County, Oregon) 77 year-old man, Henry Herbert Greenwood, hits two vehicles in Clatsop County leading to several injuries.
According to Oregon State Police, the gray Honda driven by Greenwood crossed the westbound lanes and then hit a Tesla Model S vehicle on its side. The Tesla vehicle was driven by Tomislave Lakovic, 56, from Portland.
Police stated that the Honda driver collided head onto a black Toyota Tacoma vehicle traveling northbound. The vehicle was driven by Samantha Reanne Martindale, 30, from Molalla who was following the tesla vehicle from behind.
A black Volkswagen driven by Brandon J. Troost from Portland, traveling eastbound, attempted to avoid the Honda driver by veering back onto the eastbound lane. Instead, it was rearviewed by a Ford F-350 pickup vehicle, driven by Scott Michael Harrington, 51, from Hillsboro.
Greenwoods was airlifted by Life-Flight to a local Portland hospital as well as the passenger of the Honda vehicle.
According to police, Greenwood was pronounced dead when arrived at the hospital
Martindale was also transported to a hospital with serious injuries.Troost, driver of black Volkswagen and the passenger did not obtain serious injuries.
