    Orlando Query Chavez Allegedly Attempted Murder and Assault

    Man allegedly stabs a man and battered a woman after three of them were in a traffic collision involving two Chevrolet.

    (San Diego, California) Orlando Query Chavez Attempted Murder and Assault after stabbing two victims after a traffic collision in the connecter from northbound lanes to Tamarack Avenue.

    Orlando Query Chavez, 49, got into a confrontation with two people after a traffic collision. He was in confrontation with a 27-years old male and 22-year old woman. While the two victims were in their Chevrolet Silverado vehicle. Orlando allegedly battered the woman and stabbed the man. He then went back to his Chevrolet Colorado and drove off. 

    Oceanside police were able to locate Chavez. He’s arrested in the county jail for attempting murder and suspicion of assault without bail.

    Analysis of Northbound Interstate 5

    Investigators may have reviewed Of Crimes Against The Person law, code 192. This code states the following violation in regards to manslaughter against a human without malice. 192 (a) anyone who voluntarily in the heat of passion or sudden quarrel. (B) committing a lawful act that might cause death in an unlawful manner, or involuntarily taking illegal actions, not a felony. There are many factors to why this law is correlates to Chavez. One being, he committed a crime in attempting to murder two people. In the description of the incident, he may have purposely stabbed the two victims purposely which may have violated (a) of code 192.

    The case may have had investigators also look into the Of Crimes Against The Person law, Code 188. This law shows that there is malice express and malice implied. In code (a)(1) It states one of the following violations of malice which includes, manifesting a deliberate intention to unlawfully kill a fellow creature. That would be considered a malice expression. While for malice implied, the violation states that malice can be implied when a person is guilty of murder, even if they specifically intend to kill someone.
