(Adelanto, California) Elio Battisti, 40, was struck and killed by a box truck on October 4th near Adelanto Road.
The Los Angeles Personnel arrived at the scene and rendered aid to the victim until fire personnel arrived. The driver that struck him cooperated with investigators and stayed at the scene.
