Molino, CA (August 16th, 2023) – Two people were injured on Wednesday, August 16th, in a major car accident on Occidental Road in Molino near Santa Rosa, CA. The crash took place in the westbound lanes near Highway 116 at around 7:47 in the morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a grey Toyota pickup truck and a black Honda Accord were involved in the crash, suffering major damage.
Firefighters were called to the scene and had to extricate at least one trapped victim from one of the vehicles. At least one person suffered major injuries and was promptly transported to the hospital by paramedics. Another was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
