(Mid-City, California) Westbound lanes were shut down due to a pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle crash in Mid-City, Los Angeles.
The pedestrian was struck on Vermont Avenue. No information has been given as to what led to the collision.
The Los Angeles Fire Department confirmed the death of the unknown pedestrian on scene.
The Mid-City crash resulted in all lanes to shut down until the far left lane re-opened. SigAlert was also issued.
