The California Highway Patrol said the crash happened just after 5 p.m. at the intersection of Gardner Avenue and Van Buren Boulevard. Investigators said Brent Hoquist, 35, of Corona rode a Yamaha motorcycle eastbound on Van Buren Boulevard. Cal Fire said the crash happened around 8:40 a.m. in front of San Diego County Fire Protection District Station 30. (Fresno, CA) A man believed to be in his 40s or 50s died Tuesday morning, January 6, after being struck by a vehicle in a Fresno Street accident. The Fresno Police Department said officers arrived to the intersection of Fresno Street and Carmen Avenue at around 5:45 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a man lying in the roadway who had been hit by a vehicle. (Lakeland Village, CA) A woman was killed late Monday night, January 5, in a Stoneman Street crash after she was struck by a vehicle at a residential intersection. The California Highway Patrol said Danielle Leveque, 57, was fatally injured just after 11 p.m. Officers reported the crash occurred at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Stoneman Street.
