STUDIO CITY, CA (NOVEMBER 5, 2023): A man on a bicycle was killed in a crash near the entrance of Universal Studios early Sunday.
According to the Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department, firefighters and paramedics dispatched to 3799 Lankershim Boulevard at 12:47 a.m. Upon arrival, the discovered a male bicyclist in critical condition from injuries sustained in a collision with a vehicle. Unfortunately, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim is described as approximately 57 years old. Further information regarding his identity has not yet been made available.
The circumstances leading up to this collision are unclear. A description of the vehicle has not been reported.
It is also unclear if this man was a victim of a hit-and-run driver.
