Fresno, CA (September 10, 2023) A man was riding his bicycle on Sunday when he was hit by a vehicle near Peach and Highway 180. The Fresno Police Department said the accident occurred around 8:10 p.m.

Officers were called to the scene where they discovered a man on a bike was hit by a vehicle. The bicyclist, believed to be in his 50s, was crossing Clay Avenue when he was hit. The driver of the vehicle, a woman in her 50s, stopped and cooperated with authorities.
The bicyclist was injured and had to be transported to Community Regional Medical Center. The Fresno Police Department said they are pretty sure the man had at least one broken bone.
Authorities are still investigating this accident.
