IRVINE, CA (AUGUST 30, 2023): 23-year-old motorcyclist Andres Osegueda was killed in a collision with a truck in Irvine Tuesday afternoon.
Irvine authorities report that Osegueda was riding a Yamaha motorcycle in the area of Bake Parkway and Irvine Center Drive at around 2:30 p.m. when he collided with a GMC crew canyon truck. Osegueda sustained critical injuries and was transported to a hospital.

Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries and died at the hospital.
The truck driver remained and the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Authorities state that neither drugs nor alcohol appear to be a factor in this collision involving Andres Osegueda in Irvine. They continue to investigate this tragic incident.
