(Griffith Park, CA) A multi-vehicle wreck involving an overturned semi-truck caused a major shutdown in a northbound Sacramento (5) Freeway crash late Tuesday night, October 14, spilling fuel and blocking traffic for several hours, according to the California Highway Patrol.
