(Northridge, CA) A man was killed early Thursday morning, February 5, after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene in a West Roscoe Boulevard accident.
Los Angeles Police Department officers received calls just before 2 a.m. to the 14300 block of West Roscoe Boulevard, west of Balboa Boulevard. According to police, officers learned the driver traveled eastbound on Roscoe Boulevard when the vehicle struck a pedestrian in the roadway.
Los Angeles Fire Department personnel also responded and found the pedestrian with critical injuries. Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
