(Los Angeles, California) On September 23rd, a man was identified as Felipe Lopez, the deceased victim that was struck by a vehicle in the 20000 block of Roscoe Boulevard, east of Winnetka at a crosswalk.
On September 12th at approximately 8:10 p.m. Felipe Lopez was fatally struck by a vehicle that was traveling westbound on Roscoe. The driver involved cooperated with investigators after the crash and Lopez was transported to a hospital where he later died.

- First conviction of this subdivision is a fine of $500 with a possible suspension by court in operating a vehicle for 30 days.
- Second suspicion within three years is a fine of $750 with driver’s license suspension by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Two or more infraction within five years is a fine of $1,000 with driver’s license suspension by the Department of Motor Vehicles
