(Garden Grove, California) A motorcyclist was injured after a vehicle crash that involved a white Tesla vehicle in Garden Grove, on Sunday.
According to California Highway Patrol, the collision happened at around 9:30 a.m. on the westbound freeway at Valley View Street. Paramedics arrived at the scene and rushed the motorcyclist to the hospital. The injuries of the victim are unknown.
Two lanes were blocked off on the westbound freeway at 9:30 a.m. Towing vehicles also arrived at the scene at 9:44 a.m.

This law states that it is unlawful to drive with a 0.08 percent or more, by weight of alcohol in blood.
Did Speed Play A Factor To The Collision?
In regards to speed, if one of the drivers drove over 100 miles per hour, that would be considered on a highway is guilty of an infraction punishable. Some of the following punishments: first conviction fine is not more than $500. The court can also suspend your driving privileges for not over 30 days. If the driver speeds over 100 miles per hour again within three years, they can be fined up to $750. The DMV can also suspend your license. One of the drivers may have violated this law, therefore they may be fined under this law with suspicion in their license.
If the driver was speeding in a vehicle contest investigators may review California Code, VEH 23109.1. Which states some of the following violations that if one engages in a speed contest under subdivision (a) of Section 23109 that results in one or more injuries which is specified in (b) to someone other than the driver should be punished with an imprisonment, specified in (h) of section 1170. You can also be imprisoned in a county jail for at least 30 days or not more than 6 months.
