Jerry Nation, a 60 year-old man from Lancaster, was killed in a two vehicle collision on Highway 14 in Palmdale, CA. The accident occurred in the evening of Wednesday, July 19th around 8:40 p.m, near Escondido Canyon Road.
Jerry was riding in a 2006 Honda Accord which had broken down and was stopped on the Highway. A 2022 Honda Civic came from behind and rear ended the car.

Jerry Nation was sitting in the back seat and was injured severely by the impact. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Civic was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
