(Gilbert, Arizona) On July 26th, three vehicle collision occurred on westbound State 202 resulting in a fatal death.
The incident occurred after 11am, Sunday. Authorities suspect that a Volkswagen EV stopped in the middle of the lane due to mechanical issues. From then on a Volkswagen Sedan struck the EV vehicle from behind. State troopers confirmed that a Chevrolet pick-up then hit the back of the sedan causing the death of the female driver of the sedan.
The woman has not been identified as well as the two other drivers. The investigation is still in process.
