Victorville, CA (April 14, 2024) A vehicle rolled repeatedly on a Victorville road on Saturday night, leaving three people seriously injured. The traumatic accident took place on Palmdale Road, east of Amethyst Road at approximately 7:45 p.m. Two of the occupants inside the vehicle were partially ejected as the vehicle rolled.

A four-door Cadillac sedan was heading west on Palmdale Road in Victorville on the evening of April 13th. Suddenly, the driver lost control of the car and it began to roll. The sedan slammed into the Symmetry Physical Therapy building fence where it finally came to a stop on the driver’s side.

Emergency personnel with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, AMR ambulance service and the Victorville Fire Department arrived at the scene and found the vehicle on its side, smashed and completely destroyed with the windshield cracked and busted. Two of the vehicles occupants had been partially ejected during the collision, officers reported. A third occupant was inside the Cadillac sedan.

All three occupants sustained critical injuries in the accident and officers had to request two helicopters to come to the scene. Unfortunately, the helicopters couldn’t come because of the stormy weather. Paramedics then loaded the three injured people into ambulances and rushed to local hospitals to receive treatment. Officers said that two of the people had sustained life-threatening injuries in the accident.

Investigators are working to determine what caused this rollover crash in Victorville. A tow truck had to come to the scene and remove the damaged vehicle from the side of the road where it laid. Crews cleaned up the trail of debris and glass that littered the area along the path where the vehicle had overturned.
