(Victorville, California) Terry Lamar Easter, a suspect in killing two teenagers in a hit-and-run vehicle crash, turned himself in and is now in custody.
Easter is held with a $1 million bail and charged on suspicion of PC 192 (c) (1), vehicle manslaughter, with gross negligence and PC 192 (a) (1).
California Highway Patrol confirmed that two other individuals who were connected to the crash, Madge Wells and Ryan James Lewis, were also found and apprehended.
The incident occurred when Isabell Delang was planning to get dropped off by her best friend, Maddalyn Dailey before she made it back home for dinner. They were suddenly struck by a vehicle operated by Easter, killing both girls on Ridgecrest Road near Elmwood. The crash caused Maddalyn’s vehicle to slice in half. Easter then left his 11-year old son in the passenger’s seat and fled the fiery scene.
His mother, Madge Wells, is also a suspect in the collision and was apprehended as well.

“Maddalyn had just begun her senior year at Sultana High School, with so much life ahead of her. She tragically lost her life alongside her best friend, leaving an unimaginable hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved them.”
Isabell loved ones set up a GoFundMe stating.
“She was just beginning her senior year of high school and had her entire life ahead of her. Isabell was beautiful inside and out, sweet, funny, silly, smart, strong in her faith, and deeply loved by everyone fortunate enough to know her. “
