(San Gabriel (605) Freeway, California) A multiple vehicle collision occurred today with a big-rig vehicle causing three lanes on the southbound of the San Gabriel River (605) freeway to be closed.
According to the California Highway Patrol, debris was removed from the third lane and is now open. There are no immediate reports on whether injuries were involved and a Sigalert was issued.
SGV Citywatch did report that a semi-truck hauling a trailer, a divider and Diesel fuel spilled into No 3 and 4 of the southbound lanes causing the vehicle to hydroplane according to CHP, although there is no record of the accident on their news releases.
