(Las Vegas, Nevada) On Monday, July 13th, a male pedestrian was found dead near of West Craig Road, west of North Jones Boulevard
Surveillance showed that the victim was already stumbling while crossing an unmarked or implied cross-walk, going south to northbound on West Craig road. He then fell onto the roadway. Upon then, a dark SUV ran over the victim’s body from eastbound of the road, causing potential fatal hit-and-run.
Medical emergency personnel police officers arrived and confirmed the pedestrian was dead on the scene. As of June 17th, 2026, officers are still looking for the driver and vehicle as the case is still in an ongoing investigation by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) Collision Investigation Section.
