Bloomington, CA (November 1, 2023) – 50 year old Fernando Estrada of Bloomington was fatally struck on Saturday, October 14th, in a tragic pedestrian accident on Jurupa Avenue in Bloomington, California. The California Highway Patrol reports that the accident occurred at around 7:41 p.m. near the intersection with Cedar Avenue.
According to the police reports Estrada was crossing the road at the intersection when he was struck by a fast moving vehicle. The exact cause of the collision was not immediately clear, including which party had right of way at the time of the accident.

Estrada was seriously injured in the crash. Paramedics responded to the accident to assist Estrada, but sadly his injuries were too severe and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
