(Hayward, California) On August 31st, a crash in Howard, California, involved a bicyclist and a motor vehicle near the intersection of Harder Rd and Soto Rd.
When Medical Personnel arrived, a 62-year-old bicyclist was suffering from his injuries at the scene. They transported 62-year-old to the hospital but was later pronounced dead. A 52-year-old driver was also at the scene, cooperated and provided a statement in regards to the collision.
The Hayward Police department believe that alcohol and drugs did not play a factor in the fatal collision. Both of the identities were not revealed and investigation is ongoing.
