(Glendale, California) Justin Ramirez, 36, was arrested because of his connection with a 60-year old man who was tragically killed by a hit-and-run vehicle at approximately 10 p.m. on September 9th, in the 1400 block of East Colorado Street.
According to the Glendale Police Department, Ramirez was arrested at his job and booked for suspicion of felony hit-and-run but was cited and released. Further mote, the police were able to identify Justin Ramirez through his license using an automated license reader photograph after reviewing surveillance. As for the pedestrian, officers located the victim and transported the victim to a nearby hospital but later died. His identity is currently unknown.
