A pedestrian was walking south on the freeway just after 10:00 p.m., not far from Lancaster Boulevard, when they were struck by a vehicle. They were then struck by at least one other vehicle, officers reports, claiming the pedestrian’s life.

The pedestrian was on the ground as officers rushed to their side, ready to begin life-saving measures. They found the victim unresponsive and, sadly, there was nothing the could do. With heavy hearts, they pronounced the pedestrian dead at the scene and called for a coroner, according to reports.
