Lake Elsinore, CA (August 3, 2024) Tragedy struck the community of Lake Elsinore on Friday morning when a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle. Right around 9:40 a.m. on August 2nd, a vehicle struck the pedestrian at the intersection of Bushman Avenue and Lakeshore Drive. according to reports.

Mid-Friday morning found a pedestrian walking through Lake Elsinore, officers reported. The pedestrian was walking at the intersection of Bushman Avenue and Lakeshore Drive when a vehicle approached. For reasons that are still unknown, the vehicle struck the pedestrian. Finally, realizing nothing more could be done, they pronounced the victim dead at the scene and called for a coroner.
