One person was killed on Friday, August 4th, after a pedestrian accident on Katella Avenue in Stanton, CA. The collision happened around 11:52 p.m. at the intersection with Beach Boulevard.
According to the police, a single vehicle and a pedestrian were involved in the collision. A GMC Yukon SUV was driving on Katella Avenue when it struck the victim. Further details about the victim and the circumstances of the accident are unknown.

The pedestrian sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The driver of the Yukon remained at the scene and cooperated with officials.
