Novato, CA (October 23, 2024) An 8-year-old child was walking in Novato when they were struck by an adult on a bicycle, officers reported. It happened at Second Street and Grant Avenue, just before 10:00 p.m. The rider, 22-year-old Anthony Edward Mowry fled the scene, but was later located and placed under arrest.
