VICTORVILLE, CA (OCTOBER 24, 2023): One person was airlifted to a trauma center with critical injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash in Victorville involving an SUV.
The accident occurred at around 3:20 p.m. on Monday, October 23rd on Bear Valley road west of Hesperia Road.
Witness reports indicate that an SUV pulled out a driveway at Goodwill and struck the motorcycle. The rider was heard screaming in pain after being thrown into the air from the impact. He was sent onto the roadway from the collision.

Emergency personnel responding to the incident discovered the rider with serious injuries. They requested a helicopter to Desert Valley Medical Center where the man was transported to fly to his final destination to the trauma center at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
The current condition of the man was not yet been released. His identity also remains unknown.
A description of the SUV has not been made available, but reports do not indicate the driver fled from the scene.
It is unknown which motorist was at fault for this collision as the circumstances surrounding it remain unclear. Victorville authorities state the accident is currently under investigation.
