Ontario, CA (August 26, 2023) A motorcyclist is dead after a collision on Interstate 15 in Ontario on early Saturday morning. The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 2:51 a.m. at the 4th street on-ramp.

The motorcycle was traveling northbound on Interstate 15 when it collided with another vehicle. The motorcyclist was thrown from his motorcycle and landed in the no. 2 lane. The motorcycle ended up in the no. 3 lane. California Highway Patrol said they attempted life saving measures on the motorcyclist but he died at the scene due to the injuries he sustained.
All northbound lanes of Interstate 15 were closed for a while due to the collision.
