Antelope Valley, CA (June 17, 2024) A tragedy occurred late Friday evening in the Lake Hughes area.
Around 11:07 p.m. that night, California Highway Patrol received word that a man on a motorcycle had been struck by a vehicle. The terrible accident occurred on Elizabeth Lake Road and Trail E.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found the victim had been ejected from his motorcycle when the collision happened. They also noticed that a utility pole had been damaged, making it even more clear how severe this crash was.

Paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department were dispatched, but tragically, they pronounced the man dead at the scene. He suffered multiple blunt force traumatic injuries in the accident. Information about the vehicle that struck the victim hasn’t been released.
