Petaluma, CA (October 16, 2023) Miguel Santiago, 27, was arrested for DUI on Saturday, October 14th, in Petaluma after hitting a parked vehicle. Police officers received the call at approximately 10:13 p.m.

The collision occurred in the area of Wilson Street and East D Street in Petaluma. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Santiago had been driving recklessly and slammed into a parked vehicle in the area.
