Alhambra, CA (August 28, 2024) A woman and her 10-year-old daughter were tragically killed in a crash in Temple City on August 17. The DUI driver involved has been charged with murder, reports state.
The suspect was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol when he hit Jennifer Argueta’s car head-on near the intersection of Temple City Boulevard and Gidley Street. Argueta and her daughter, Sabrina, were killed in the collision. The girl’s father was injured, as was a passenger in the suspect’s vehicle.
The suspect is facing charges of two counts each of murder, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage causing injury.
