(Palmdale, California) Today, Tuesday morning, a woman was killed in a two vehicle car collision in Pearblossom, California.
The California Highway Reports that the collision occurred on the Pearblossom Highway, east of Old Nadea Road close to Palmdale.
There has been no new information regarding identification as this collision is newly reported.
Update: At least one person was pronounced dead in this collision.

If a commercial vehicle was the cause of the collision, (d) is a violation of law that investigators may take a look at. This law discusses that if a person with 0.04% or higher, by weight, of alcohol in his or her blood is unlawful in driving a commercial motor vehicle.
Distracted Driving
If distracted driving was the cause of the collision, then investigators may have reviewed Driving Offenses law, code 23123.5 (a). This law discusses that it is unlawful for a motor vehicle driver to hold and operate a handheld wireless telephone, electronic wireless communication device. These devices can be used if it is designed for the driver to use it hand-free.
