(Shadow Hills, CA) A deadly Wentworth Street crash resulted in the death of William Hungerford, 54, and Ana Ramos, 68, in Shadow Hills.
On Monday, August 4, at about 3:45 p.m., the Wentworth Street crash occurred. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, it happened on Wentworth Street, near Wheatland Avenue.
When LAFD officials arrived, they found two vehicles involved in a head-on collision. Authorities found the two vehicles mangled, interlocked with one another. When officers investigated the scene, they found two people trapped in the wreckage.
After extricating both victims, first responders pronounced them dead at the Wentworth Street crash site. According to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office, they identified the victims as William Hungerford and Ana Ramos. The Los Angeles Police Department’s Valley Traffic Division is investigating the cause of the crash.
