Tulare County, CA (May 14, 2024) A two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Road 92 and Avenue 384 in Tulare County on Friday, May 10th. The accident left two people with injuries; one of whom was said to be in critical condition, according to reports.
Two vehicles were driving through Tulare County on Friday when, for reasons unknown, they collided near the intersection of Road 92 and Avenue 384. The sound of metal hitting metal echoed through the area as debris was thrown in all directions. The two vehicles were badly damaged in the accident as the occupants of both vehicles waited for police officers to arrive at the scene.
Officers wit the California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene with the Tulare County Fire Department and found the two vehicles, smashed and sitting in the middle of the road. Paramedics rushed to the cars to give medical aid to anyone in need and found two people with serious injuries. One of the victims had sustained life-threatening injuries, officers reported. Both victims were placed in ambulances and rushed to a local hospital to receive emergency treatment.
Investigators worked the scene and are working to piece together what exactly occurred in the Tulare County intersection. Whether or not they believe drugs or alcohol were factors in this case, has not been revealed at this time. Officers had to call tow trucks to remove the vehicles from the roadway and crews worked to clean glass and debris from the scene.
