Sacramento, CA (July 23, 2024) It was minutes before 4:00 a.m. when two vehicles T-boned in a Sacramento intersection. Reports indicated that the collision, which left three people with significant injuries, took place in the Gardenland neighborhood, at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and American Avenue.

It was early morning, long before the sun rose, as two vehicles approached the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and American Avenue. The details surrounding the collision are still fuzzy, but officers reported that the two vehicles collided in the middle of the intersection. One vehicle actually ended up T-boning the second vehicle right around 3:58 a.m., according to reports. The collision left both vehicles badly damaged and sitting in the middle of the intersection.

They found two people, a man and a woman, who had sustained serious injuries in the collision. Paramedics transported both victims to a nearby hospital where they received emergency medical care. A third person sustained mild injuries and was treated at the scene, reports indicated.

Officers gathered evidence at the scene and are working to figure out what exactly happened at this Sacramento intersection. They are also determined to learn who was responsible for this T-bone crash. Tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles from the intersection once the investigation was complete and crews cleaned up the glass and debris that had been left behind.
