(Sacramento, CA) Three people died in an early morning Roseville Road DUI crash in Sacramento.
On Saturday, August 2, at about 12:45 a.m., the Roseville Road DUI crash occurred. According to the Sacramento Police Department, it happened near Roseville Road and Connie Drive.
When officers arrived, they found two vehicles involved in a crash, a truck and a car that caught on fire. Despite efforts to put out the fire, police were unsuccessful. Authorities then pronounced two people trapped inside the vehicle dead.
Shortly after, police found a third person down the road from the crash. Authorities determined they were ejected from the vehicle as a result of the Roseville Road DUI crash and pronounced them dead. Police suspected the truck driver to have been under the influence, taking them to a hospital in critical condition, but stable.
