Ramona, CA (November 24, 2023) – At least three people were reported injured on Wednesday, November 22nd, in a serious multi-vehicle crash on Highway 78 in Ramona, California. According to police reports the accident occurred at around 12:39 p.m. in the area west of Crosswinds Road.
