Eastvale, CA (June 13, 2024) Just before 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12th, a multi-vehicle collision left four people injured in Eastvale. Officers with the California Highway Patrol reported that the accident occurred on Limonite Avenue, not too far from Interstate 15. The collision involved at least six vehicles and left the road in chaos. Police officers were forced to close it for several hours, following the collision, officers said.
Initial reports indicated that a silver Porsche E3, a black Infiniti QX60 and four other vehicles collided for unknown reasons on Limonite Avenue. The six damaged vehicles blocked multiple lanes on the road and debris was thrown in every direction. 911 calls began coming in and people were reporting that a passenger in one of the vehicles was screaming.

The California Highway Patrol arrived at the scene with Cal Fire Riverside Paramedics. Officers reported that the screaming passenger could be heard at the scene and paramedics rushed to their side to give medical aid. Several passengers were found with injuries following this accident and paramedics took them all to a local hospital to receive further treatment for their injuries.
Officers investigated the scene and are working to determine what caused this six-vehicle collision on Limonite Avenue. They are also hoping to discover who was at fault. Officers requested tow trucks to come to the scene and remove large pieces of debris as well as damaged vehicles from the scene. The roadway was closed for several hours as authorities investigated and cleaned up the scene, officers reported.
