Capistrano, CA (November 24, 2023) – At least one individual passed away on Wednesday, November 22nd, in a tragic hit-and-run crash on Interstate 5 in Capistrano, California. According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place at around 11:25 a.m. near the Avd Palizada offramp.
The CHP reported that a vehicle collided with another car on the southbound side of Interstate 5 and proceeded to flee the scene. No additional details have been shared at this time.
