(Phoenix, Arizona) On September 24th, at about 5 a.m., first responders received reports on a roll over crash that occurred on the Buckeye Road and 47th Avenue.
According to Phoenix Police Department, firefighters arrived to the scene and pulled the driver out of the flipped vehicle that rested on its side. The driver was transported to a hospital in life-threatening injuries. Police confirmed that the driver and passenger of the second vehicle were also taken to the hospital with critical injuries. The type of injuries of the three individuals have not been released.
Due to the collision, Buckeye roads were closed in both directions as investigation were ongoing.

If one or both the drivers were driving the wrong-way, then they have violated (ARS) 28-694 which can result in a civil penalty of $500 and additional penalties depending on the severity of the violation. The driver required to complete the approved traffic survival school educational sessions for causing the Buckeye Road Crash.
