Canoga Park, CA (June 18, 2024) Firefighters and other first responders came across a strange scene late last night in Canoga Park.

At around 11:17 p.m. on June 17, Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to reports about a multi-vehicle collision in the 22000 block of Roscoe Boulevard. When they arrived, they saw multiple parked cars with serious damage. They also found two victims hurt and lying on the ground, and there was a car engine in the middle of the road that had apparently been ejected from their vehicle.

It is not completely clear yet what caused the crash. An investigation is underway. However, it seems that one of the injured people was driving the car, and somehow collided with at least one other vehicle that was parked on the street.

Both the driver and the passenger were put on gurneys in an ambulance and taken to the hospital. Early reports state that both are in critical condition.

Video footage of the incident shows a large group of passersby coming to check out the grisly scene. Many of them are taking photos and videos. The two victims are lying on the ground right next to each other, and both appear to be young men. Firefighters surround them, and you can see their grey sedan’s airbags have fully deployed. The front of the car is completely destroyed, with the right-front tire having turned completely horizontal and the windshield fully cracked.

Everyone at Accident News Now hopes for the swift recovery of the injured parties. If you or someone you know was involved in this terrible incident, our expert legal team is here to help you.
