One woman is dead after a severe multi-vehicle crash on Ramsey Street in Banning on Thursday. At around 11:12 a.m., two vehicles collided at the 1100 block of E. Ramsey Street. Officers from the Banning Police Department quickly arrived at the scene and found a man and a woman lying injured on the ground. The California Highway Patrol reports that a Dodge Challenger was evading pursuant officers and traveling at high speeds across the 5 Freeway in Stevenson Ranch when it collided with the vehicle, causing both cars to go aflame.
