First responders dispatched at around 1 a.m. after reports of a collision near downtown Tempe. Police say the motorcyclist attempted a left turn onto Rio Salado Parkway. (Clovis, CA) A man riding an electric scooter was seriously hurt Saturday afternoon, December 6, in a Clovis Avenue accident at the intersection of Clovis and Santa Ana avenues. Officers said they responded just after 12:30 p.m. They learned that the man had been crossing Clovis Avenue in the marked crosswalk. At that moment, an oncoming vehicle struck him. (Oceanside, CA) A 52-year-old bicyclist was killed late Saturday night, December 6, in a South Harbor Drive collision near Oceanside Harbor. The crash happened in the 300 block of South Harbor Drive shortly after 10:30 p.m. OPD spokeswoman Gina Avalos said the bicyclist suffered severe injuries, including head trauma and a compound thighbone fracture. Paramedics airlifted him to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, where he was pronounced dead.  The SUV driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with officers. (Northridge, CA) Two people were seriously injured Monday evening, December 8, after they became trapped in a three-vehicle Balboa Boulevard crash near Mayall Street. Fire crews responded around 7:55 p.m. to 8845 N. Balboa Boulevard. They found one vehicle pushed into the front of a building and another resting against a tree.
