Torrance CA (December 9, 2024) Ui Soh, 87, was tragically killed in an accident on the 405 in Torrance on Sunday, December 9. He was on foot when the collision occurred around 7:15 p.m. on the southbound freeway at Redondo Beach Boulevard. Details about the circumstances surrounding the collision are unclear at this time. Canoga Park, CA (December 9, 2024) Markus Caldwell, 41, was killed in a devastating hit-and-run on Friday, December 6. The crash was reported at about 5:15 p.m. Los Angeles Police Department personnel responded to the scene at Gresham Street and De Soto Avenue. Paramedics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. Ocean Beach, CA (December 9, 2024) 30-year-old Michael Ellis of Point Loma was tragically ran over by a street racing motorist in Ocean Beach on Thursday, Dec. 5. The collision took place on West Point Loma Boulevard and Nimitz Boulevard. Ellis was jogging when a little before 5 a.m., a driver in a black BMW sedan struck him while speeding. Hemet, CA (December 6, 2024) In a tragic incident, 40-year-old Derek Holt of Hemet was killed when a drunk motorist plowed into his parked vehicle on Acacia Avenue, west of Kirby Street.
